Unlike so many others, who come in when called, LITE-TROL provides "pro-active" Service Contracts.
We provide regularly scheduled preventive maintenance service calls, as well as "uhh-oh" calls. (Our clients, however, through regular service, experience very few "uhh-oh’s")
Our service contracts are typically set up for June to June periods, and include 2 scheduled service calls to the site and 2 emergency calls. Our labor charge is a flat annual fee, with no "gotchas". If we have extra emergency calls, then shame on us, and we lose money that year. In addition, we project a "Material Allowance" from which we install necessary replacement parts. If your contract runs over this allowance, then it comes out of our pocket. Obviously, we don't make too many mistakes in that regard.
